Personal Finish hair line Bi-phase is applied to washed, towel-dried hair and conditions without rinsing, providing nutritional moisturizing which restructures the hair both internally and externally giving softness, and a high shine. The product should be shaken well to mix the 2 phases before application. The entire Personal Finish line contains nutrients and UV filters.
